THREE YEAR UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY

 

These products are 100% AMERICAN MADE and are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

Fontaine Brake Company will replace free of charge any seat switch that Fontaine finds to be defective in either material or workmanship, returned at the customer’s expense. Our warranty does not cover excessive amperage or any water intrusion.

Fontaine Brake Company shall not be liable for the loss of time, installation and reinstallation expenses, inconvenience, commercial loss, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
